- Automated backups with no day-to-day user involvement required
- Backups normally run every two hours when the computer is online and has been logged in for at least 30 minutes
- Pricing is based on the total capacity of fixed local drives
- No normal file-type restriction, apart from typical hidden/system files
- KPTech support included for small-batch restorations
- Backup data stored in Australia in a Tier 3+ data centre
